These terms govern your use of bellevuefridge.repair and the repair services provided byBellevue Fridge Repair Company ("we", "us") in Bellevue, Washington. By using this website or booking a repair with us, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

We provide in-home diagnosis and repair of residential refrigeration appliances inBellevue, WA only, specializing in five brands: Sub-Zero, Viking, Monogram, Thermador and Signature Kitchen Suite. Work is performed by licensed and insured technicians; refrigerant (sealed-system) work is performed by EPA-certified technicians.

2. Independent Service — Trademark Disclaimer

Bellevue Fridge Repair Company is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Viking Range, LLC, GE Appliances / Haier (Monogram), BSH Home Appliances Corporation (Thermador), or LG Electronics (Signature Kitchen Suite). All brand names, model names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service. Repairs we perform are out-of-warranty services and are not covered by manufacturer warranties.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Every repair begins with a diagnosis. After diagnosing your appliance, we give you an exact quote for the repair, and no chargeable work begins without your approval. If you decline the repair, only the previously agreed diagnostic/service-call terms apply. Prices on quotes are valid for the visit in which they are given unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Scheduling and Same-Day Service

We offer same-day service in most cases — it depends on technician availability, parts on hand and the nature of the failure. A same-day mention on this site is a goal we consistently meet, not a guarantee for every request. We will always give you an honest appointment window when we respond to your request.

5. Repairs and Parts

We install genuine OEM (manufacturer) parts whenever they are available, and OEM-spec equivalent parts only when a factory part is discontinued — we will always tell you which is being used before the repair. Some repairs (for example, sealed-system work on very old units) may be impractical relative to the appliance's value; in those cases we will tell you honestly and explain your options.

6. Warranty on Our Work

Warranty terms applicable to your repair, if any, are stated in writing on your invoice. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, services are provided without additional express or implied warranties. Manufacturer warranties on parts or appliances are handled by their respective manufacturers.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and appliance information when submitting a request.
  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the appointment and that the technician has safe access to the appliance.
  • Tell us about known hazards (water damage, exposed wiring, pests) before the visit.
  • Contact forms on this site may be used only for genuine service requests — not for spam, solicitations or automated submissions.

8. Website Content

The content on this site — including symptom tables, repair cases and FAQs — is general information based on common failure patterns we see in Bellevue. It is not a diagnosis of your appliance and may not apply to your situation. An exact diagnosis is only possible after an on-site inspection. Repair cases describe typical scenarios; some details are generalized.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, Bellevue Fridge Repair Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including food loss, lost profits, or damage to finishes not caused by our work) arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
